The candidate will be responsible for identifyingrelevant tenders, preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with requirements, andcoordinating with internal teams to meet submission timelines.Key Responsibilities:● Monitor portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state tender portals to identify newbusiness opportunities.● Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and compliancerequirements.● Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within stipulated deadlines.● Coordinate with internal teams for required documents, certifications, costing inputs,EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), and ePBG (Electronic Performance BankGuarantee).● Maintain and update bid databases, trackers, and submission calendars.● Handle bid clarifications, amendments, corrigendum updates, and participate inreverse auctions where applicable.● Ensure complete accuracy and compliance of documentation to minimize rejectionrisks.● Track tender outcomes and maintain records for future reference and analysis.● Support business development initiatives related to government and institutionalprojects.Key Skills & Competencies:● Strong knowledge of tender documentation and government procurement processes.● Familiarity with GeM and e-procurement portals.● Good analytical, drafting, and documentation skills.● High attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach.● Strong coordination and communication abilities.● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online submission systems.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a relatedfield.● Certification or training related to tendering/procurement (preferred but notmandatory).Experience:● 1–3 years of experience in tender management, bid coordination, or governmentproject sales.● Hands-on experience with GeM or similar e-tender platforms will be an addedadvantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):● Number of tenders submitted within deadlines.● Bid compliance and accuracy rate.● Tender success ratio.● Efficiency in coordination and documentation turnaround time.If interested, kindly share your portfolio and resume at or contact us on +91 9223007524.
