Job Title: Medical Coordination & Sales ExecutiveJob Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Coordination & Sales Executive to coordinate with pharmaceutical companies and ensure smooth execution of medical tests through their representatives. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with pharma companies and ensure smooth execution of medical tests. Track test completion and maintain accurate reports. Visit doctors to pitch and promote company products and drive revenue. Build strong relationships with doctors and collect feedback. Train phlebotomists (phelbos) on test procedures, sample collection, and documentation. Ensure timely reporting, quality control, and adherence to standards. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with pharma companies and field representatives.Attention to detail and ability to follow up consistently.
