You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-backed performance. This role requires a deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, content strategy, scripting, video SEO, analytics, and audience growth. The ideal candidate knows how to turn content into consistent growth and can guide creators from idea to execution to performance tracking.Key Responsibilities:Global Content Planning & ScriptingStrategic Calendaring: Manage complex publishing schedules across 5+ international channels, ensuring consistent output tailored to local peak viewing times.Retention-Focused Scripting: Review and refine scripts to ensure /"hooks,/" /"re-engagement points,/" and /"CTAs/" are optimized for high Audience Retention.Localization Strategy: Adapt content themes to resonate with specific cultural nuances while maintaining brand voice across different languages.Advanced Video SEO & OptimizationTechnical Metadata: Execute deep-dive keyword research (using VidIQ, TubeBuddy, and Google Trends) to dominate search rankings globally.International SEO: Implement multi-language titles, descriptions, and closed captions (CC) to unlock non-English speaking markets.A/B Testing: Lead continuous thumbnail and title experiments to maximize Click-Through Rate (CTR). Channel Operations & AnalyticsEnd-to-End Workflow: Oversee the /"Upload-to-Live/" process, including end screens, cards, and community tab engagement.Global Dashboarding: Monitor YouTube Studio analytics daily to identify drop-off points, traffic source shifts, and CPM fluctuations across different regions.Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure deliverables meet YouTube's technical specs and high-quality standards.Content Planning & ScriptingWork on video ideas, hooks, outlines, and scripts optimized for watch time and retention.Guide creators and internal teams on storytelling, pacing, and CTA placement.Ensure content aligns with brand tone, audience intent, and growth objectives.Channel Management & ExecutionManage day-to-day YouTube channel operations — uploads, scheduling, optimization, and updates.Coordinate with editors, designers, and creators to ensure timely execution.Monitor comments, engagement trends, and audience feedback.Qualifications & Requirements3–5 years in YouTube Management, specifically managing multi-channel networks (MCNs) or international creator accounts.Expert level in YouTube Studio, VidIQ/TubeBuddy, Google Keywords, and Project Management tools (Asana/Slack).Ability to interpret /"Retention Graphs/" and /"Traffic Sources/" to pivot content strategy in real-time.High proficiency in writing high-conversion titles and scripts that drive engagement.Experience working with creators, brands, or agencies is preferred.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation: A salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.Professional Growth: Opportunities to attend conferences, training workshops, and certification programs.Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a dynamic tech team and marketing specialists in a fast-paced, innovative setting.To apply please share your updated resume at
