Job Title: Assistant to Managing Director (Sales & Marketing Coordination)Industry: Exhibitions & EventsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) to support in overseeing and streamlining the workflow of the Sales and Marketing teams. The role involves coordination, performance monitoring, reporting, and ensuring the smooth execution of business activities within the exhibitions industry.Key Responsibilities:Assist the MD in managing the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Marketing teamsMonitor and evaluate performance of sales and marketing employeesTrack targets, achievements, and sales pipeline statusReview sales briefs and leads generated to ensure quality and alignment with business objectivesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management reviewCoordinate with teams to ensure timely follow-ups, conversions, and closuresIdentify performance gaps and highlight areas for improvementSupport in execution of sales strategies and marketing campaignsEnsure accurate and timely updates in CRM systemsManage MD’s calendar, meetings, and internal communicationsMaintain confidential business data, reports, and strategic informationKey Skills Required:Strong analytical and reporting capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of sales and marketing workflowsProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM toolsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressureHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentialityQualification & Experience:Graduate / MBA (preferred in Marketing or Business Administration)2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Business Operations, or Executive Assistant rolePrior experience in the Exhibitions / Events industry will be an added advantageJob Location
