Due to our expansion in India, we are looking to reinforce our Sales team by incorporating a Sales Assistant based in Mumbai.Your RoleSupport the Sales team in the Indian market with daily commercial and operational activitiesFollow up on orders and keep customers informed about order statusCoordinate with internal departments (logistics, purchasing, finance, etc.) to ensure timely execution of ordersManage customer requests related to samples, documentation, and product informationHandle and prepare documentation such as invoices, packing lists, COAs, and other relevant documentsMaintain and update customer data in ERP systemsSupport new customer onboarding and account setupHandle customer queries and ensure timely and professional responsesAssist in preparing sales reports and tracking commercial activitySupport the resolution of customer complaints in coordination with the Sales teamYour Skills2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or commercial operationsExperience in the chemical industry, flavors & fragrances, or related sectors is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related fieldExperience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus)Fluent English (mandatory)Strong organizational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and customer-oriented mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWould you like to join our team?Send us your application and tell us why you would be a great fit for Ventos India
