Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven E-commerce Account Manager to manage and scale business across Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces. This role requires end-to-end ownership of marketplace performance, combining data analytics, account management, and growth strategy to drive revenue, visibility, and profitability.Key Responsibilities: Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive P&L performance across Amazon and Flipkart channelsAnalyze sales, traffic, conversion, and keyword data to identify growth opportunitiesDevelop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports (sales, visibility, conversion rate, RoAS, share of search)Plan and execute data-driven marketing and advertising strategies to optimize spend and improve ROIManage product listings, pricing, cataloging, promotions, and inventory planningCollaborate with ads, content, and category teams to improve visibility and keyword rankingsTrack competitor activity, pricing trends, and category benchmarksDrive demand forecasting, inventory planning, and promotional effectivenessCoordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance) for order flow, returns, and claims managementEngage with platform teams (Amazon/Flipkart) for visibility and growth opportunitiesPresent structured performance insights and business recommendationsDuration: 6 MonthsCapacity: Full-time capacity, 6 days a weekNature of work: HybridSkills & Requirements3–6 years of experience in E-commerce Account ManagementHands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Flipkart Seller HubStrong understanding of marketplace analytics, advertising, and keyword tracking toolsAdvanced Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, dashboards, large datasets)Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insightsStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in FMCG / D2C brands preferred
