Marketing & Customer Development Executive

Itara Jewelry is a Mumbai-based fine jewelry brand. We combine modern craftsmanship with timeless design to create elegant, high-quality pieces for a new generation of jewelry buyers. We are looking for a Marketing & Customer Development Executive to help grow our brand by identifying new customer opportunities and supporting key marketing initiatives.This role combines customer development and marketing coordination, focusing on expanding brand exposure and generating new sales channels.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities for customer growth, including exhibitions, trunk shows, pop-ups, and partnerships.Research and propose new channels and strategies to develop customers and expand brand reach.Coordinate with our PR team for styling opportunities and brand placements.Work with the social media team to organize product shoots and ensure new pieces are photographed and posted.Manage product documentation and non-creative content for marketing and customer communication.Ideal CandidateProactive and commercially minded with an interest in luxury, jewelry, or fashion.Knowledge and experience in social media postingStrong organizational and coordination skills.Comfortable identifying opportunities and taking initiative in a fast-growing brand environment.
