Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives to drive rental sales for luxury villas across India and international destinations. Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets through effective call management and lead conversion. Monitor daily performance metrics including call productivity, conversions, and closures. Coach, mentor, and train team members through regular feedback, call audits, and performance reviews. Handle escalations and manage high-value Ultra HNI / HNI client interactions when required.  Ensure timely follow-ups on inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing and referral channels. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and team performance on CRM tools.  Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery. Share market insights, client feedback, and team performance reports with senior management to improve sales strategies. Key Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, and Personal Traits)Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related fields.Technical Skills: 5–8 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales, preferably in luxury hospitality, premium real estate, or high-value services. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in managing or mentoring a sales team. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding team and individual sales targets. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.Personal Traits: Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Customer-centric approach with an understanding of luxury brand standards. Highly motivated, result-oriented, and process-driven. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
