Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Mumbai. The Account Manager will work closely with clients to maintain and strengthen relationships, identify business opportunities, and provide tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts, negotiating contracts, collaborating with sales and technical teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes tracking sales performance, resolving client issues, and preparing regular reports to meet business objectives.
