This role owns the performance, discipline, and growth of the pre-sales team responsible for qualifying leads and driving store walk-ins.You will design structured calling processes, strengthen CRM discipline, improve response speed, and directly impact revenue across retail locations. This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who thrives in performance-driven, fast-growth environments.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership & SupervisionLead, manage, and mentor the Pre-Sales teamMonitor daily calling activity and ensure strict target adherenceConduct structured performance reviews and regular 1:1 feedback sessionsDrive motivation, accountability, and performance cultureIdentify skill gaps and coordinate focused training initiatives2. Target & Performance ManagementEnsure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly calling targetsImprove inquiry-to-qualified-lead and walk-in conversion ratesMaintain high call quality standards and structured follow-upsStrengthen lead qualification accuracy before handover to storesTrack KPIs and proactively implement performance improvement actions3. Process & CRM ManagementEnsure disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate data entryMonitor call recordings for script adherence and SOP complianceOptimize workflows to reduce response time and enhance customer experienceAnalyze performance dashboards to identify trends and bottlenecksStrengthen coordination between marketing, presales, and store teams
