Job Title: Security Sales SpecialistLocation: Mumbai Department: Sales / Business Development Experience: 3–8 years (preferred in security solutions) Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Security Sales Specialist to drive sales of physical and/or cybersecurity solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering security solutions that meet customer needs. The role requires strong technical understanding of security products along with consultative sales skills.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the security solutions market.Promote and sell security products such as cybersecurity solutions, and related services.Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, and channel partners.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and security solution consultations.Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.Work closely with technical teams to design customized security solutions.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.Stay updated with the latest security technologies, threats, and industry trends.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Electronics, or a related field.Proven experience in security solutions sales (physical security or cybersecurity).Strong knowledge of security technologies such as CCTV, VMS, access control, network security, firewalls, etc.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business solutions.Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with security OEMs, system integrators, or cybersecurity vendors.Certifications related to security technologies (e.g., security systems, network security).Established network in corporate, government, or enterprise clients.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue and sales target achievementNew client acquisitionDeal closure rateCustomer satisfaction and retentionCompensationCompetitive base salary + incentives/commissionPerformance-based bonusesTravel allowance and other benefits
