Job Title: Senior Account Executive – Integrated Healthcare Practice (IHCP)Location: MumbaiExperience: 2 to 4 yearsCompany: Adfactors PRAbout the Role:We are looking for a confident, driven and diligent communications professional to join our Integrated Healthcare Practice at Adfactors PR, India’s largest and most awarded PR consultancy. The ideal candidate should bring strong media relations, research skills, storytelling, and client servicing skills. Prior experience in working with healthcare & pharma clients and/or an educational background in health sciences is mandatory. Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, podcasters, youtubers, industry stakeholders and other sector KOLs (key opinion leaders)Draft well-researched, narrative-driven content pieces such as press releases, authored articles, media briefing books, etc. that are aligned with client objectives and relevant for the media/intended audienceCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders for execution of integrated campaigns (earned + digital)Track media coverage, prepare reports, and analyse campaign outcomesStay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and healthcare communication best practicesRegularly keeping minutes of key meetings with clients, and taking charge of internal process requirements for quality under the guidance of his/her reporting managerDesired Profile:2 to 4 years of experience in public relations and/or integrated communicationsExposure to healthcare, pharma, wellness, or life sciences sectors will be an advantageAgency experience will be another advantageDesired skillsets:TECHNICAL/CORE SKILLSSOFT SKILLSUnderstanding of media landscapeClear and effective communicationUnderstanding and summarising briefs clearlyAbility to articulate thoughts and ideasPresentation skillsMedia RelationsNetworkingClient Servicing Critical thinking Research & Writing Agility and proactivityEvent Management and Coordination Ability and willingness to learn new thingsFamiliarity with healthcare sub-segments and regulatory landscapeAttention-to-detail and perseverance Proficiency of MS Office Suite - especially, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
