Job Title: Security Sales Specialist – MSSP (Managed Security Services)Location: MumbaiDepartment: Cybersecurity Sales / Business DevelopmentExperience: 4–10 years (Cybersecurity / Managed Services Sales)Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated Security Sales Specialist – MSSP responsible for driving sales of Managed Security Services including SOC services, threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and other cybersecurity solutions.The role requires a consultative sales approach to help organizations strengthen their security posture through outsourced security operations and managed security services.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for Managed Security Services (MSS) across enterprise and mid-market customers.Promote and sell services such as:Managed SOC (Security Operations Center)SIEM monitoring and managementManaged Detection & Response (MDR)Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR)Vulnerability ManagementIncident Response ServicesManaged Firewall / Network SecurityCloud Security MonitoringEngage with CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and Security Teams to understand their cybersecurity requirements.Conduct solution presentations, security assessments, and MSSP service demonstrations.Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, and service contracts.Collaborate with SOC teams, solution architects, and pre-sales engineers to design customized MSS offerings.Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.Maintain a strong pipeline and forecast revenue using CRM tools.Stay updated with evolving cyber threats, security technologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Business Administration.4–10 years of experience in cybersecurity or managed services sales.Strong understanding of:SIEM platformsSOC operationsEndpoint securityNetwork securityCloud securityThreat intelligenceExperience selling subscription-based or managed services models.Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.Ability to translate technical cybersecurity solutions into business value.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with MSSPs, SOC providers, or cybersecurity service companies.Familiarity with security platforms such as:SplunkMicrosoft SentinelIBM QRadarCrowdStrikePalo Alto NetworksFortinetCybersecurity certifications are a plus:CISSPCISMCEHSecurity+Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary + performance incentivesHealth insurance and benefitsCareer growth in cybersecurity services
