With a focus on sustainable luxury and contemporary design, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to represent our brand at Mumbai International Airport (T2).Key Responsibilities:·      Welcome and assist customers, delivering a premium and personalized shopping experience.·      Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery pieces.·      Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring service excellence.·      Maintain in-depth knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, and collections.·      Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure smooth transaction processes.·      Manage store displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.·      Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clienteling and after-sales service.·      Follow airport retail protocols, security checks, and operational guidelines.Requirements:·      Zeal for sales in diamond jewellery retail sales (lab-grown or natural diamonds) or from luxurious goods companies. ·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.·      Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).·      Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.·      Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 airport operations).·      Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Hands on experiences in handling International Customers will be added advantageTechnical/Behaviour Compentancies:·      Sales & Customer Service Skills·      Communication & Interpersonal Skills·      Personality & Behavioural SkillsQualification : Graduation Language skills : Expertise in English Communication is mandatory.
