The role involves working closely with potential clients to generate leads, manage accounts, and maintain customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective customers, building and maintaining positive client relationships, and identifying opportunities for driving revenue growth. The individual will also support existing clients while ensuring exceptional customer service and communication.QualificationsProficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert prospective clientsStrong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain relationshipsExperience with Account Management to oversee and manage client portfoliosEffective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to close salesSelf-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote settingExperience in the jewelry, luxury, or D2C sectors is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not requiredPrefer someone with 0-1 year of experienceBachelors Degree from Tier 1/2 colleges preferred
