We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Manager / Senior Manager – Sales who can independently manage lead sourcing, broker/channel partner onboarding, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures for our premium real estate projects. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market understanding, and consistent revenue delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Lead GenerationGenerate sales through channel partners, direct clients, referrals, and HNI networkBuild and expand broker network across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and ThanePlan and manage client site visits and ensure end-to-end customer engagementClient Handling & ClosingHandle walk-ins, inbound leads, and scheduled meetings professionallyPresent Veda’s offerings confidently (villa parcels, plotted developments, gated community concept)Negotiate commercials and close deals as per company pricing strategyEnsure smooth booking journey including coordination for documentation and payment processChannel Partner ManagementOnboard new channel partners and maintain long-term engagementConduct regular CP meetings, follow-ups, and sales enablement sessionsDrive consistent conversions through broker pipeline and relationship managementSales Strategy & ReportingMaintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM updatesShare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasting, and closure statusCoordinate with marketing team for campaign-driven lead conversionProvide market intelligence on competitor pricing, buyer behavior, and demand trendsSite Coordination (Alibaug)Travel frequently to Alibaug for client meetings, broker visits, and site eventsCoordinate with site team to ensure premium customer experienceEnsure clients receive strong hospitality and trust-driven interaction
