We are hiring for a Head – General Trade role with a fast-growing, purpose-driven FMCG brand in the sustainable home care segment.This is a national leadership role responsible for building and scaling the General Trade business across India.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute the pan-India General Trade strategyDrive distribution expansion, primary & secondary sales growthBuild and manage a high-performing GT sales teamStrengthen distributor network and market coverageDrive visibility, in-store execution, and new product launchesIdeal Profile:15+ years of experience in General Trade sales (FMCG / Consumer products)Proven track record in scaling distribution and driving revenue growthStrong expertise in distributor management and team leadershipExperience with emerging / challenger brands is a plus
