Address inquiries and onboard them to increase lead flowExplaining the value proposition to the cardiologist and the fees/compensationExplaining the role of the cardiologist in this program and his/her involvementUnderstanding cardiologist preferences and communicating the SLA and terms and conditions.Understanding the clinical context and ensuring a sensitive communication style throughout.To manage the customer relations of key cardiologists in their area of operationThe ASM will be responsible for driving business outcomes through the Patient Counsellors (PCs).
