Job Description:
Role Summary:As an Area Manager, you will lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive SaaS adoptionin your territory. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of pipeline, closures, client relationships,and ensuring that the team hits revenue and site acquisition targets.Roles & Responsibilities:• Lead and manage a team of 3-5 BDMs to achieve monthly and quarterly targets• Drive sales closures for residential properties• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and go-live• Strategically penetrate competitor accounts and high-potential societies• Monitor field performance, provide coaching, and improve on-ground efficiency• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Legal)to ensure smooth execution• Conduct weekly reviews and reporting on CRM to track progress and blockers• Maintain strong relationships with RWA/MC members, facility managers, and developersRequirements:• 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in SaaS or real estate tech.• Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling or mentoring junior sales staff• Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a structured environment• Comfortable with ground activations, walk-ins, and on-site demos• Data-driven mindset with working knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)• Self-starter with high ownership and a bias for actionAbout Mygate:Sparked by the idea that technology can make security more effective, Mygate began its journey in early2016.
