We are looking for a dedicated and target-drivenBusiness Development & Sales Professionalto drive revenue growth inHomeware Division&sustainable recycled plastic products If you have strong B2B & Channel Sales exposure, field sales experience, and a proven ability to close deals — we want to hear from you! Role & Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B clients (Dairies, FMCG, Logistics, EPCs, Manufacturing Units, Corporates) Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations Generate a minimum of50 new leads per month Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly revenue targets Maintain CRM and sales funnel tracking Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution Ensure strong follow-ups for repeat business Achieve monthly sales target ✅ Primary Requirements (Must Have) 3+ years of B2B sales experience or Channel Sales or General Trade Strong communication & negotiation skills Proven track record of closing deals Field sales experience Target-oriented mindset Market exposure in plastics / manufacturing / logistics / construction Experience in General Trade
