With deep domain expertise in mobility, RFID, machine vision, IIoT, printing solutions, and factory floor digitization, QodeNext helps enterprises across sectors—Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Infrastructure, and Government—enhance operational efficiency, traceability, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:New Business DevelopmentIdentify, target, and acquire new B2B clients across manufacturing, pharma, logistics, automotive, FMCG, and infrastructure sectors in and around Pune region.Prospect key accounts and engage decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Plant Heads, etc.).Map customer requirements to QodeNext’s portfolio (RFID, Machine Vision, Mobile Computing, Factory Automation, etc.).Account ManagementBuild strong relationships with key accounts in the Pune industrial belt.Develop strategic account plans for major clients and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Work with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Market Intelligence & ReportingMonitor competitor offerings, pricing, and technology trends in the Pune region.Maintain accurate sales funnel data in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology; MBA in Marketing or Operations is preferred.5+ years of experience in industrial/enterprise B2B sales.Strong understanding of automation, AIDC, RFID, or smart manufacturing tech is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and a strong team player.Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi.
