This role combines commercial acumen, relationship depth, and team leadership to drive meaningful business impact.What You Will OwnRevenue & Margin Growth - Drive revenue, gross margin, and account contribution. Improve yield through pricing, trade investments, and partner-funded initiatives.Strategic Partnerships - Build long-term relationships with key brands and manufacturers. Grow wallet share, retention, and joint business outcomes.Commercial Strategy & Negotiation - Lead trade terms, pricing, and annual commercial agreements. Structure win-win partnerships aligned with sustainable growth.Monetization & Growth Programs - Unlock growth via visibility programs, campaigns, and partner-led initiatives. Build scalable monetization opportunities across portfolios.Team Leadership & Execution - Lead and develop a high-performing account management team. Drive accountability, operating rigor, and performance culture.Data & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and track ROI. Work with Product, Supply, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance teams to improve partner experience and scale impact.Compliance & Trust - Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and ethical promotion standards. Build transparent and trusted partner relationships.What We Are Looking ForExperience - 8-10 years in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development, 3+ years leading teams.Commercial Strength - Strong negotiation skills with proven revenue and margin delivery.Industry Understanding - Experience in healthcare, pharma, e-commerce, or platform businesses preferred.Leadership - Ability to scale teams and partnerships in fast-growing environments.Network Advantage - Relationships across pharma, healthcare, FMCG, or media agencies are a plus.Why This Role Matters: This role sits at the intersection of partner success, business growth, and patient impact.
