Sr. Executive - Sales Coordinator

Job Description – Sales Coordinator Company: Micron Platers Designation: Sr. Executive – Sales Coordination Location: Andheri (East) Salary Rang : 4.5 LPA to 5.5 LPARole Overview The Sales Coordinator will support the sales and operations teams by managing customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, documentation, and coordination across internal departments. The role also involves handling exportimport documentation, logistics coordination, and payment followups to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities :Sales & Customer Coordination Receive and review customer enquiries and escalate relevant enquiries to Management. Prepare and submit quotations to customers. Communicate with customers on order status, delivery timelines, and delays, if any. Order Processing & Internal Coordination Prepare sales orders and coordinate timely handover to the Operations team. Track order progress and follow up with Operations to ensure adherence to delivery schedules. Coordinate with Purchase, Packing, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution. Documentation & Compliance Handle vendor registration and tender-related documentation. Ensure compliance with client and tender requirements. Manage export documentation and coordination with Banks, DGFT, Clearing Agents,and Freight Forwarders. Handle import documentation and related processes. Logistics & Payments Coordinate logistics arrangements and negotiate freight rates with service providers. Ensure invoices are submitted to customers and follow up for timely payment recovery. Communication Prepare professional business correspondence and emails for customers, vendors, and internal coordination. Knowledge Requirements Working knowledge of Incoterms and delivery terms. Knowledge of export–import documentation and procedures. Familiarity with government export schemes is an advantage. Candidate Profile Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate Experience: 3–4 years in sales coordination, export import documentation, or a related role
