Experience: 2 to 6 YearsMain Objectives:1. High level supporting to sales team.2. Help to achieve sales and marketing team target3. To be proficient in security concepts and systems in order to support Account managers tocomplete projects design and proposals4. Develop market and brand awareness.5. Communication and coordination skills.Major responsibilities: 1. Client satisfaction.2. Aggressively help the sales team to achieve dept. revenue and profit targets.3. Prepare diagrams, quotations, and change orders4. Assist in preparing proposals.5. Prepare and edit any project related document such as bidding documentation, venderinformation, contracts, presentations and invoices etc.6. Create monthly sales opportunity report to update all projects at the value of more than 75USDabove.7. Help Account managers to pre-qualify project leads by conducting cold calls, sendingintroduction emails or conducting any necessary approaches if required.8. Assist marketing with planning activities such as organizing events, preparing marketingmaterials as well as editing documents if required.9. Conduct necessary marketing and products research to be more competitive in the market10. Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation and market share.11. Increase exposure though sales channels.12. Maintain updated technical product information and market trends13. Learn security technologies and concepts. Maintain in depth knowledge of ICD’s standardproducts and systems, modern security concepts and products that are available on the worldmarket.14. Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison where necessary.
