The position requires close coordination with sales teams, customers, internal technical teams, and OEM partners to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing support of solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Technical SupportSupport the sales team during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentationsUnderstand customer requirements and clearly explain product features and technical capabilitiesAssist in preparing basic technical documentation for tenders, proposals, and RFPsSupport product trials, demos, and proof-of-concept evaluationsField Support & TroubleshootingProvide on-site and remote technical support to customersInstall, configure, and test hardware and software systemsDiagnose technical issues and resolve them independently or escalate to internal teams/OEMs when requiredSupport day-to-day service and maintenance activities post-deploymentInstallation & Training SupportAssist during system installation, commissioning, and handoverSupport basic user training and on-site hand-holdingExplain system operation and usage in a clear, simple, and user-friendly mannerDocumentation & CoordinationMaintain service records, installation reports, and support documentationCoordinate with internal technical teams and OEM partners for issue resolutionAdhere to company processes, quality standards, and security guidelinesRequired SkillsBasic understanding of computer hardwareWorking knowledge of Windows OS and basic server conceptsFundamental networking knowledge (LAN, IP addressing, routers – basic level)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to travel for customer installations and supportClear communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approachEducationDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education)Preferred (Optional)Experience working with government, police, or enterprise customersExposure to surveillance, security, or public safety technology systemsQualificationsProficient in Sales Engineering and Sales techniques to support pre-sales processes and technical presentations.Experienced in Technical Support and providing effective troubleshooting, problem resolution, and technical guidance to clients.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and building long-term relationships.Ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales teams, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field preferred.Familiarity with defense and security technology domains such as drones, robotics, and IoT solutions is a plus.Proactive problem-solving skills and an ability to work under pressure to meet technical and project deadlines.
