We started our operations in 2018.We are growing fast and launching product categories at a fast pace.Visit us at Experience us at /hausandkinderLocation: Marol, MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-timePosition- Ecommerce Manager-AmazonJob PurposeThe E-commerce Executive will manage the end-to-end operational and catalog performance of the brand on Amazon, ensuring listing accuracy, stock availability, order fulfillment, and overall marketplace hygiene to support sustainable sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Marketplace Operations:Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller/Vendor CentralEnsure timely order processing, returns, refunds, and reconciliationCoordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operationsMonitor seller performance metrics and account healthCatalog & Listing Management:Create, upload, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, and imagesEnsure pricing accuracy and resolve catalog-related issues or suppressionsManage variations, parent-child listings, and category complianceCoordinate with content/design teams for listing updatesInventory & Supply Coordination:Track inventory levels and raise replenishment requirementsPrevent stock-outs and overstock situations through regular monitoringSupport demand planning using historical sales trendsReporting & Performance Tracking:Track sales, traffic, conversion, and operational KPIsPrepare regular performance dashboards and insightsMonitor competitor pricing and assortment for benchmarkingRequirementsStrong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor CentralExperience in catalog management and marketplace operationsGood understanding of Amazon listing guidelines and compliance normsStrong coordination and follow-up skillsProficiency in Excel / Google SheetsAny Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of experienceExperience in D2C or marketplace-led e-commerce will be added advantage
