The Sales Consultant will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesClient CommunicationConduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients in a professional and consultative mannerUnderstand client requirements and provide relevant product informationBusiness DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growthSupport sales targets through effective follow-ups and conversionsLead Generation & ManagementProactively generate, qualify, and nurture leads through systematic outreachMaintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activitiesClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationshipsProvide timely updates, post-sales support, and ongoing assistanceProduct KnowledgeDevelop a strong understanding of insurance, home loan, and investment productsStay updated on product offerings, processes, and compliance requirementsPreferred Candidate Profile2–3 years of experience in sales, insurance, finance, or a related client-facing roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence in outbound calling and client engagementExperience in CRM tools for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and maintaining structured data is an added advantage.Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach.Working Hours5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST (Australia-aligned shift)Job LocationMumbai - Andheri West areaInitially Work-from-Home (WFH)Will transition to Work-from-Office (WFO) once the office setup is finalised.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: Upto ₹35,000 (Negotiable)
