The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, maintaining exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales management initiatives, providing training on product applications, and collaborating with teams to develop tailored customer solutions. The role demands consistent efforts toward strengthening client relationships to expand the company's market presence.Qualifications- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed revenue goals - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships - Experience in Training and presenting products or solutions effectively to customers - Proficiency in addressing client needs, closing deals, and collaborating with teams - Ability to work independently with a results-driven and goal-oriented approach - Familiarity with the chemical or lubricant additive industry is an advantage - A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred - Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai
