Sales Engineer for south region plays a key role in accelerating business growth, strengthening market presence, and nurturing long-term client relationships within the pharmaceutical industry. This role demands a strong blend of sales capability, technical understanding, and in-depth market awareness to perform effectively in a competitive and fast-evolving environment. Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical equipment such as Isolators, Dispensing Booths, RMG, FBD, Sterile Injectable Lines, ANFD, and Granulation Line equipment is essential.Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1–5 YearsQualifications: MBA or Engineering fieldRoles & ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and revenue generation in the pharmaceutical sector within the Domestic south Region. Expand market presence by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for business development and market penetration.Cultivate strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including product demonstrations, training sessions and tailored solution recommendations.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to further enhance market reach and revenue streams.Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights for strategic decision-making.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering value-added services.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.ExperienceProven experience in Domestic sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships. Technical background with experience in providing technical support and solution recommendations to clients.Track record of business development and identifying new opportunities for revenue generation. Experience in conducting market analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and sales reporting tools. Ability to travel frequently within the region as required. Skills• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build report and cultivate long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Technical expertise in pharmaceutical products and solutions, with the ability to provide demonstrations, training, and technical support. • Business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities for growth and expansion. • Analytical skills for market analysis, including the ability to interpret data and trends to inform decision-making. • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to clients. • Proficiency in sales reporting and analysis, with the ability to generate insights and recommendations for performance improvement. • Must be fluent with Andhra language.Company DescriptionFORGEX Technologies is a leader in advanced engineering solutions catering to the Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, and Healthcare industries.
