Client Servicing / Digital Marketing Executive – Digital MarketingRole OverviewThe Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day client interactions while ensuring smooth and timely execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role requires regular client communication, strong coordination with internal teams, and a clear understanding of brand and campaign objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a point of contact for assigned clients, supporting day-to-day communication and ensuring timely responses to queries and requests.Build a strong understanding of client brands, including their identity, values, target audience, and messaging, to support effective campaign execution.Receive, decode, and translate client briefs into clear internal instructions for creative, media, SEO, and web teams.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed as per agreed timelines and quality standards.Conduct quality checks on content and ensure client approvals are obtained before publishing across social media platforms.Manage content scheduling and publishing across platforms in coordination with the social media team.Prepare and maintain Job Status Reports (JSRs), trackers, and timelines, and share regular status updates with clients.Assist in preparing performance reports, campaign reviews, and presentation decks for client discussions.Participate in client calls, meetings, and internal brainstorming sessions to contribute to campaign planning and content calendars.Support Online Reputation Management (ORM) activities, including monitoring, escalation, and coordination of responses.Conduct routine hygiene checks and work closely with Media, SEO, and Web teams to ensure seamless execution across all digital touchpoints.Skills & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a client servicing, account management, or digital marketing role (agency experience preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients.Basic to intermediate understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and campaign workflows.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
