About the jobWe are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to support the growth of JC360, an enterprise workforce productivity analytics platform used by large corporate clients globally.This role is focused on research, pipeline building and sales enablement, working closely with a Senior Sales Executive. You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, building high-quality contact lists, and preparing well-researched leads for outbound sales activities.The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise IT or business software environments, understands how large organizations operate, and enjoys structured research and sales preparation work.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify large enterprise companies as potential JC360 customersBuild and maintain high-quality account and contact listsIdentify relevant decision-makersConduct company and industry research to support sales conversationsPrepare structured lead packagesMaintain accurate CRM and pipeline dataSupport outbound campaigns with data preparation and targetingCollaborate closely with Sales and Management teamsQualifications & SkillsExperience in IT software, SaaS, or enterprise technology environmentsUnderstanding of large corporate structures and decision-making processesStrong research and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple research tasksStrong written and spoken EnglishAttention to detail and structured way of workingAbout JobCTRLJobCTRL Kft. is a Hungarian software company developing JC360, a workforce productivity and operational analytics platform designed for large enterprises.
