We are a growing organization with an established pan-India presence and international reach.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and responsible Accounts Manager to lead our Accounting, Finance, and Compliance functions. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing the entire finance department of a manufacturing organization using SAP B1 and will ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and efficient fund management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the entire Accounts and Finance team.Finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) independently.Prepare and monitor budgets, MIS reports, and monthly management reviews.Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable, credit control, and vendor/customer reconciliation.Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.Coordinate internal and statutory audits and respond to audit queries.Manage banking operations including LC, BG, fund flow, and working capital.Maintain cost accounting records and support cost control initiatives.Ensure accurate financial data in SAP Business One and generate analytical reports.Collaborate with production, purchase, and stores departments for cost allocation and inventory valuation.Support management in strategic financial planning and process improvement.Required Skills & ExperiencePreferred Educational Qualification:Accounting Background ( Experience:10–15 years of experience in accounting and finance in a manufacturing setup (₹50–100 crore turnover).Hands-on experience in SAP Business One is mandatory.Technical Skills:SAP B1 financial and inventory modulesStrong Excel skills (Pivot, Lookup, MIS dashboards)Knowledge of cost accounting and GST complianceSoft Skills:Leadership and team management abilitiesAnalytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and integrityAbility to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness
