Responsibilities include driving sales for MICE tours by identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and delivering tailored travel solutions. The Role involves Closing new MICE Business and Corporate ClientsThe role also involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services. The candidate will be required to conduct market research, deliver training to team members, and meet sales targets efficiently.QualificationsProficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively liaise with clients and address their needsStrong skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets, generate leads, and expand the client basedCultivating and Developing Clients for Corporate and Mice travelStrong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detailA proven track record in the travel and tourism industry, especially in the MICE segment, would be an advantageBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
