Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales - Sr. Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales - Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include understanding customer requirements, preparing and executing sales strategies, presenting product solutions, and meeting sales targets. The role involves creating regular sales reports, liaising with internal departments for timely delivery, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and identifying new market opportunities.Proven ability in presenting product solutions and negotiating contracts.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Knowledge of motors, controllers, or relevant technical products would be an advantage.Understanding of sales processes and the ability to meet organizational sales targets.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
