The role involves managing key distribution channels, and ensuring achievement of assigned business targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive AUM growth, net sales, and market share across the Kerala MarketManage and expand distributor networks including IFAs/ MFD, Banks, and National DistributorsCollaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, sales targets, and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's objectivesMonitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Execute regional sales strategies and product penetration initiativesProvide training and support to partners, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell the company's products and services.Conduct regular business reviews with partners, evaluating performance, addressing challenges, and identifying areas for improvement and growth.Track and analyze sales performance, market share, and other relevant metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Provide regular MIS, forecasts, and market intelligenceEligibility CriteriaGraduate (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Finance preferred)NISM certification mandatory VA & 21 AKey SkillsStrong leadership and relationship managementExcellent relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of mutual fund productsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsResults-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthStrategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive business growth.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
