Selected candidates will receive structured training and mentorship in solutioning, presentations, and client communication, with exposure to cutting-edge technologies including AI.Role Overview:As a Pre-Sales Executive, your role will involve researching client needs, preparing impactful presentations, demonstrating solutions, and supporting senior teams in converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity in solution design, and confidence in client-facing interactions.Key Responsibilities:● Conduct in-depth research on industries, markets, and client organizations to support business opportunities.● Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create compelling proposals and solution presentations.● Understand client requirements and map them to relevant services and solutions.● Prepare tailored demos, pitch decks, and documentation that highlight business value and technical feasibility.● Support senior leadership during client meetings, pitches, and workshops.● Assist in RFP/RFI responses, case studies, and solution documentation.● Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, applying them to pre-sales strategies.● Ensure seamless client communication and maintain strong relationships during the evaluation and decision-making phase.● Track and report pre-sales activities, client feedback, and opportunity progress on CRM(Monday).Desired Skills & Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.● Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.● Proficiency in creating structured presentations, proposals, and research reports.● Familiarity with AI concepts, digital marketing, and business technology solutions (advantage).● Strong client management and interpersonal skills.● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Growth & Opportunities:This role offers a growth path into Solution Consulting, Account Management, and Business Strategy positions.
