REAL ESTATE SALES SITE HEAD - (SALES MANDATE COMPANY) | *WESTERN MUMBAI*Managing the sales team and making sure that sales happen Site Location:- Kandivali - Malad - GoregaonWe are Expanding our Team!We are looking to hire for the Role of 'Site - Sales Head / Team Leader' or 'Assistant TL' who is enthusiastic, open to learning & contributing from day zero.Job description:- Manage the sales team and make sure that sales happen.- Training the sales team and guiding them toward their desired/expected goals- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.- Tactically answering all possible queries of clients.- Understand client needs and challenges to propose tailored solutions.- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring win-win outcomes- Closely following up with the visited clients and trying to close the deal.- Making sure that client data privacy is maintained.- Report on sales activities to management.- Providing proper feedback on closure meeting leads.- Follow-up for Payments / Current Dues with Clients.- Handling the CRM Team and tracking the disbursements of funds.Location:Mumbai Western Suburbs - Kandivali to AndheriYears of Experience:3 - 4 yearsCTC Range:Everything would depend on Experience, Knowledge, Existing CTCDesired Candidate Profile:-Knowledge of Real Estate Sales is a MUST !- Leadership Skills.- Should be good at communicating in English and Hindi.
