We aim to connect restaurants with customers through smart digital solutions.Job Responsibilities- Visit restaurants, cafés, and food outlets and pitch company services and benefits to restaurant owners/managers - Onboard restaurants onto the platform - Build strong relationships with restaurant partners - Assist restaurants with documentation and onboarding process - Conduct market visits to identify new restaurant leads - Ensure daily/weekly onboarding targets are achieved - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth activation of restaurants - Collect feedback from restaurant partners to improve servicesSkills & Requirements- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream) - Good communication and convincing skills - Comfortable with field work and restaurant visits - Basic understanding of food delivery / aggregator platforms (preferred) - Smartphone and basic app usage knowledge - Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.What We Offer- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives - On-field training and support - Career growth opportunities in a growing tech company - Friendly and energetic work environment.Qualifications- Sales and business development skills, including generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and identifying potential business opportunities. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and close sales deals. - Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Time management, goal orientation, and the ability to meet or exceed set targets and deadlines. - Experience in a customer-facing role; experience in B2B sales or the technology/call center industry is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Freshers or any marketing interns can apply.
