The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, confident on calls, and experienced in lead management.Key Responsibilities·Connect with potential customers through CRM data, online leads, and referrals·Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and buying intent·Share project details, brochures, pricing, and location maps·Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits·Maintain accurate lead status and follow-ups in CRM·Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets·Share customer feedback with marketing and sales teamsRequirements·Graduate with 1–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales·Experience in Real Estate preferred Fluent in English and regional languages·Proficient in CRM tools and MS Excel·Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
