Job Description:
Job Purpose: To drive growth on beauty platforms and e-pharma through brand strategy deployment, onsite merchandising, assortment management, and promotional effectiveness. To maximize and monitor, both long term & short-term opportunities through dynamic thinking and quick action, leading to a stronger partner influence. Key Deliverables: Sales & Marketing: Build and execute annual strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the commercial goals, while engaging in the partner’s category growth expectations Work cross-functionally to ensure delivery against established revenue goals Plan and deploy advertising & promotional budgets on assigned platforms and track the performance on these platforms Responsible for identifying new ways to improve site conversion, average order size, and other key performance indicators to maximize sales growth, market share and profitability Ensure right presence on brands across top SKUs to ensure discoverability, build customer experience through brand stores and product page details and compelling reasons to drive purchase Manage the NPD funnel and launches with impactful go-to-market strategy Partner Management: Develop long-standing & strategic relationships with the partners Work closely with partners on formulating Joint Business Plans Conduct Monthly Business review with partners Create Weekly/Monthly reports and monitor performance, driven by on-site KPIs Merchandising and Inventory Management: Ensure Catalogue and Listing Hygiene and achieve high content score Ensure adequate forward stock cover and timely replenishments Monitor and drive strategic product/merchandising initiatives Maintain fill rate and lead time as per industry benchmarks Share business projections with SCM team to plan Sales and Operations Drive efficiency and effectiveness across supply chain and the customer through accuracy in demand forecasting Operations & Analysis: Develop and maintain process/plan to analyze the customer’s business Evaluates business trends, shopper insights, and findings from post analysis of executed activities, which utilizes customer consumption and other available data Responsible for day-to-day operations Work closely with internal teams such as Brand Team, SCM & Finance for all channel related requirement Reconciliation of accounts by coordinating with the finance team Review and tracking of commercial agreements & contractsCandidate Specification: MBA/PDGM from premier institute (Preferred batch 2016-2018, 2017-2019) 3-4 years’ experience in key accounts management with minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce Experience in managing business of marketplace, beauty platforms and most importantly QCOM platforms. A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Certification in Digital platforms and Ecommerce will be an advantage Should have strong mathematical and analytical skills
