Job Description:
VeeFly is looking for a dynamic Sales & Product Trainer who can empower our Sales teams with the right product knowledge, pitching skills, communication ability, and performance readiness.This role is a combination of hands-on sales training + product training + quality checks + competency development + L&D responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Product Training- Deliver engaging sales training, product knowledge sessions, program pitch training, and objection-handling workshops. - Train teams to confidently pitch and convert multiple programs within the same domain. - Conduct role plays, mock calls, case studies, and interactive sessions to strengthen sales skills. - Simplify complex product offerings and communicate strong product value propositions. - Collaborate with Sales, Product & Operations teams to build and refine product training modules.Quality Check (QC) & Sales Performance Monitoring- Conduct call quality checks and provide structured feedback to sales teams. - Evaluate product pitch quality, communication effectiveness, and adherence to process. - Identify performance gaps and create targeted training interventions. - Share QC reports with actionable insights for improvement.Onboarding & Continuous Upskilling- Deliver new hire onboarding training for Sales teams — product, process, KPIs, expectations, tools. - Ensure all new hires are well-prepared for client conversations and program pitches. - Build training roadmaps for continuous upskilling.L&D Strategy, TNI & Competency Development- Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and analyze skill/performance gaps. - Build competency frameworks and skill grading systems for various sales roles. - Develop core competencies within domains and ensure consistent sales capability. - Identify system and process gaps and recommend improvements.Efficiency Mapping & Reporting- Conduct efficiency mapping to measure sales readiness and product comprehension. - Track post-training performance improvements and create structured learning dashboards. - Prepare and present Business Intelligence reports on training impact, assessments, QC outcomes, and sales competency metrics.What We’re Looking For- 4–8 years of experience in Sales Training / Product Training / Sales Coaching. - Strong understanding of sales communication, objection handling, pitch structuring, and customer psychology. - Experience in training for digital marketing, SaaS, or performance marketing is a plus. - Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. - Strong analytical ability for quality checks, reporting, and training effectiveness measurement.Interested candidates can apply by emailing their resume to: hr@
