Entrepreneur in Residence (Sales & GTM) - Fintech or AdTech Experience MandatoryType: Founding TeamAbout the Role We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (Sales & GTM) who can build our entire sales engine from scratch. You won’t just be selling — you will be creating the playbook, pricing, contracts, GTM strategy, and the foundation of our revenue model. This is a high-ownership, founder-level role for someone who wants to shape the future of a fast-growing compliance-tech startup.Key Responsibilities● Build the full sales strategy (pricing, pitch, contracts, processes)● Create GTM playbooks for enterprise and mid-market customers● Run high-quality discovery calls and demos● Speak “Risk Mitigation” with General Counsels and Compliance Heads● Speak “Speed & Velocity” with CMOs and Marketing Teams● Close enterprise deals and drive early revenue● Work directly with founders on partnerships and product feedback● Build the foundation for the future sales team Requirements Experience in B2B SaaS sales● Strong experience selling to enterprise clientsComfortable talking to Legal/Compliance (GCs) AND Marketing (CMOs)● Ability to build systems & processes from zeroStrategic thinker + hands-on executionStartup/Early-stage experience is a strong plusSomeone who wants to grow into a leadership/founder-level role
