Junior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Management:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.- Proactively manage client expectations and provide strategic guidance on digital marketing initiatives.2. Social Media Understanding:- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.- Guide clients on social media strategies, content planning, and platform-specific tactics.- Analyze and interpret social media metrics to provide insights and recommendations.3. Internal Liaisoning:- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and design to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.- Communicate client requirements and feedback to the team and ensure alignment on project deliverables.4. Digital Marketing:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.- Understand and leverage various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, providing actionable insights to clients.5. Communication Skills:- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and strategies effectively.- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.Requirement:- 1-2 years of experience in client management, preferably within a digital agency. - Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
