Perfect for someone with strong selling skills and knowledge of Mumbai micro-markets.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads, understand customer requirements, and present suitable properties.Conduct and coordinate site visits with buyers.Maintain strong follow-ups through calls/WhatsApp/CRM.Negotiate offers between buyers and developers/owners.Assist with booking formalities, documentation, KYC and handovers.Build relationships with developers, channel partners, and brokers.Maintain daily/weekly sales activity reports.QualificationsAny Graduate preferredMBA NOT requiredReal-estate experienceSkillsBasic understanding of Mumbai micro-marketsCan handle documentation, KYC, booking formalitiesBasic CRM use (Excel, Google Sheets or simple CRM)Strong communication & negotiationStrong follow-up discipline (WhatsApp + calls)Preferred- Familiar with MagicBricks, 99acres, listings - Basic knowledge of home loan processes - Prior experience selling in Mumbai/ Thane / Navi Mumbai / Western suburbs / Central suburbs
