This requires a high level of responsiveness to internal and external customer requests and strong critical thinking ability as work is performed without substantial direction after initial training.Must be able to work the hours of 6.45am – 3.45pm IST.Job Responsibilities:- The candidate will be supporting the Client Service and Data Management activities for Global Corporate and Investment Banking in Singapore and responsible for day-to-day business transactions and customer service matters - Support rendered is expected to expand covering wider APAC region; - Daily tasks including booking of loans, deposits, transaction clearance on sanction screening, and resolving booking and settlement issues - Assist in making sound decisions regarding customer requests balancing risk with opportunity - Proactively assist with complex customer service needs for a one-stop customer service experience - Evaluate customer service issues by identifying root causes and making recommendations for process improvement - Maintenance of static data including customer information, RMA establishment and hold code management, update change of authorized person, facilitate exceptional handling approval and preferential pricing treatment - Liaison with internal departments on new workflow, reporting and administrative function - Ensure high data quality, participate in data clean-ups and validation exercises. - Assist with special projects and implementation of department initiative as appropriate.Job Requirements:- The candidate should possess a degree; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Some knowledge in corporate banking products and services such as interest rate, loans and deposit, foreign exchange, trade finance, remittance and relevant documentation - Other qualities sought include problem solving, interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and under time pressure, multi-tasking while maintaining attention to details and high accuracy; ability to analyse and interpret data - Challenge the status quo and adaptability to change, balance with strong team spirit and strict compliance culture - Experience in customer service especially in handling large corporates and multinational companies are added advantage. - Must be able to work in Singapore working hours (6.45am – 3.45pm IST); - We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
