Ready to take charge?What You’ll Do- Own the D2C growth game – sales, budgets, ROIs, you name it. - Run paid campaigns like a boss — Meta, Google, influencers, affiliates — all performance, no fluff. - Plan content & communication that clicks with digital-first consumers. - Collaborate with creative minds (brand, design, content) to roll out scroll-stopping campaigns. - Set up CRM flows that bring customers back — email, WhatsApp, retention magic. - Make the website better, faster, smoother — work with tech to improve conversion journeys. - Track numbers, chase insights, tweak strategies — because data > guesswork. - Keep an eye on trends and competitors — stay one step ahead of the game. - Launch cool new products and limited drops that people actually want. - Team up with ops & support to deliver a seamless customer experience from click to doorstep.What We’re Looking For- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in D2C or digital marketing - Knows their way around Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and dashboards - Strategic brain + creative flair = winning combo - Comfortable working in fast-paced, “figure-it-out” kind of environments - Great communicator, great collaborator, great vibes - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or something relevant (MBA is a bonus, not a dealbreaker)Why Join Us?- We’re a conscious, ambitious, future-ready brand with a taste for disruption - We don’t just sell products — we build habits - You’ll have ownership, freedom, and the chance to scale something meaningful - Oh, and snacks.
