Company DescriptionFocaccia Digital is a fast-growing, next-gen ad-tech company helping brands unlock full-funnel advertising with a strong focus on ROAS.Our solutions span Connected TV (CTV), Apple Advertising, and performance-led digital media capabilities—powering smarter, efficient growth for brands.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a sharp, driven Digital Ad Sales Professional - Programmatic vertical for our Mumbai office (full-time, on-site).The ideal candidate has strong digital advertising and sales understanding, solid agency relationships, and the ability to map platform capabilities to tangible business outcomes for clients.Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach to agencies and trading desks (60%) and direct advertisers (40%) - Build and manage a strong pipeline across priority categories; ensure consistent closures. - Create solutions, media plans, and campaign strategies for client growth and retention. - Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM/pipeline updates. - Handle clients and internal stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strong communication. - Work with a goal-oriented mindset, managing deadlines and fast-paced expectations.Requirements- 3–7 years of experience in digital ad sales/programmatic or publisher sales in Mumbai (mandatory). - Professionals with prior experience of selling branding solutions - Strong existing relationships with agencies—GroupM, Publicis, Havas, Dentsu, IPG, OMG, etc.—and direct brands. Additionally, experience in selling to mid-size / boutique agencies is a plus. - Solid understanding of the digital ecosystem: programmatic, audience targeting, performance marketing, CTV. - Self-driven, relationship-led, and motivated to build long-term revenue partnerships.
