Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals across B2B and B2C segments. - Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and leverage existing networks to unlock new opportunities. - Maintain strong engagement with schools, universities, and educational institutions. - Identify, pursue, and close key institutional and enterprise partnerships. - Drive customer acquisition, conversion optimization, upselling, and retention efforts.Team Leadership & Performance- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve defined business targets. - Set clear KPIs, monitor progress, and ensure accountability and performance-driven culture. - Foster collaboration, continuous learning, and ownership within the team.Market & Customer Insights- Analyze market dynamics, competition, and evolving customer needs. - Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine value propositions and positioning.Stakeholder & Relationship Management- Build senior-level relationships with school management, institutions, corporates, and strategic partners. - Represent the organization at industry events, presentations, and leadership discussions.Sales Operations- Create accurate sales forecasts and maintain strong pipeline visibility. - Ensure CRM discipline and standardized sales processes. - Work closely with Finance and Operations teams on pricing, proposals, and contract structuring.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred. - 6–12 years of proven sales experience in both B2B and B2C business models. - Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Technology sectors is essential. - Strong existing network within educational institutions and/or corporate learning ecosystems. - Demonstrated success in leading and scaling sales teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision making.Key Competencies- Strategic Thinking & Execution - Revenue Ownership & Target Orientation - Leadership & Team Development - Customer-Centric Approach - Problem-Solving & Agility - High Accountability & DriveWhy Join Us?- Opportunity to lead a critical growth function in a fast-scaling, innovative organization. - Collaborative culture with strong learning and advancement opportunities.
