We’re Hiring: Corporate Sales / Account Manager – General InsuranceLocation: MumbaiDepartment: Corporate / Commercial LinesExperience Required: 3–5 years in General Insurance (Company or Broker)Reporting To: Head – Corporate SalesCTC: ₹12–15 LPAAbout the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and result-oriented Corporate Sales / Account Manager to join our Corporate & Commercial Lines team. The ideal candidate will manage and grow corporate accounts by delivering customized insurance and risk management solutions across Fire, Engineering, Marine, Liability, and Employee Benefit lines.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Client Acquisition- Identify and onboard new corporate clients across industries such as Manufacturing, IT, Logistics, and Healthcare. - Develop tailor-made insurance solutions based on client needs. - Work with insurers to obtain competitive terms and close business efficiently.2. Account Management & Retention- Build and nurture long-term client relationships. - Manage renewals, endorsements, and coordinate claims support. - Conduct regular portfolio reviews and suggest risk improvements or coverage enhancements.3. Coordination & Servicing- Liaise with underwriters, claims, and operations teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing. - Prepare client proposals, comparison charts, and presentations. - Ensure timely policy document delivery, endorsements, and invoicing.4. Revenue & Target Achievement- Meet monthly and annual targets for new business, renewals, and revenue. - Monitor premium collections and ensure timely payments.5. Compliance & Reporting- Adhere to IRDAI and company compliance policies. - Maintain updated client records and submit periodic MIS reports.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of General Insurance products (Property, Marine, Engineering, Liability, Group Mediclaim, etc.) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strong client relationship management and problem-solving ability - Analytical mindset with high attention to detail - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Educational Qualifications- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) - Insurance certifications such as Licentiate / Associate (III) are desirablePreferred Background- Experience in a general insurance company or licensed insurance broker handling corporate or SME clients - Exposure to commercial lines and corporate sales will be an advantageInterested candidates can share their CVs at:- hr@✨ Join our growing team and be part of a dynamic environment where client success drives our business success! ✨
