This role is ideal for someone who has a strong academic foundation in finance or accounting and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing investment platform.You will work closely with the finance team to maintain records, support bookkeeping, ensure compliance, and assist in preparing financial reports.ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping.Support preparation of basic financial statements such as balance sheets and P&L.Help manage accounts payable and receivable processes.Assist with general ledger postings and reconciliations.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.Ensure compliance with tax regulations (TDS, GST) under guidance.Support statutory payments, documentation, and reconciliation.Coordinate with internal teams during monthly closing of books.Assist during audits and liaise with auditors when required.Help monitor financial metrics and participate in process improvement initiatives.Support payroll processing, reimbursements, and basic employee benefit tracking.Assist with bank reconciliation and documentation for fund transfers.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.Familiarity with Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 (preferred but not mandatory; must be willing to learn).Proficient in MS Excel; strong numerical and analytical skills.Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentLocation - MumbaiCompany Profile - Buy and Sell Unlisted Shares Online in India | Pre IPO Shares Platform | PrecizeLinkedIn - Precize: Overview | LinkedIn
